QA ABOUT PRICING AND PLANS
A user account gives you the permission to use the Minnity app. Together with each interested organization, Minnity evaluates the number of users that would need access during a month and offers a price based on the number of monthly active users.
We currently offer the standard version of the Minnity app without charging the organization with any implementation costs.
The Minnity app is a tool for professional caregivers and it is available for organizations that provide care. If your relative receives help from an organization which uses the Minnity app, you may have access to a family member account.
Your organization will receive tailored introductory training for managers and care personnel. Throughout the course of your contract, you will also be supported through a knowledge base and email access to the Minnity team during working days and hours.
Minnity offers access to the app within a Software as a Service (SaaS) model for care organizations, including public and private elderly care providers. Contact us for more details on terms and conditions for the agreement.
You may choose between monthly payments, quarterly payment or an advance payment. When signing an agreement for more than 12 months, Minnity offers a 5% discount on the fees.
You need a browser with an internet connection, and preferably a smartphone. If your company chose to log in with BankID, you need to have a BankID account as well.
